Businesses do that within several communities, customers, team members and shareholders, among them.

Team members, as the rest of us, all want to feel valued members of a winning team on an inspiring mission. This I believe is the leader/ manager / supervisor’s #1 job.

These people who have others in their care can only enhance their well being by inspiring them and elevating them.
