Every engagement is bespoke and develops its own unique rhythm depending on your needs. As a guideline, 1-on-1 coaching works best when there is a weekly rhythm. Leadership Team Coaching generally includes day-long quarterly or bi-quarterly sessions combined with shorter weekly meetings.

Payment is requested monthly in advance.
I guarantee that you will get more value than what you are paying for. If during the first month of our working together either of us is unsatisfied, I will refund your payment and terminate our arrangement.
That is entirely up to you. My average engagement lasts between 2 and 3 years, a reflection of the value and results clients achieve when they work with me.
How much would you pay to guarantee success for your business? My pricing structure depends on the unique coaching plan we develop for you. Typically, you can expect to pay from £2500 - £3500 per month for 1-on-1 business coaching.
