It is about how you grow as a leader.

If your people are growing, both individually and collectively as a team you will become an unstoppable force, regardless of the tech or the software or the marketing or the strategy that you have available.

As Pat Lencioni said “If you could get all the people in the organization rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time.” The best investment of your time is always spent in growing and elevating the people on your team. They are the spirit, the energy and the heart of your business after all. They are who you are.

So the questions for this week are:

• What is your deliberate and comprehensive strategy for growing your people?
• On a scale of 0 to 10 how effective is it?
• On a scale of 0 to 10 how good are you at applying it?
• What could you do to move either score by 2 points?
• What benefits might you and your people experience as a result?
