Individualization

Individualization is the strength of being able to see and understand each person’s unique style and preference. It allows you to treat each person as a unique individual and is the opposite of ‘one size fits all’.

It is particularly relevant today in the third decade of the 21^st Century where choice is probably the thing that humans value above everything else.

It is this strength, when developed, that will allow a leader to become a great leader; meeting each individual where they are, respecting their view of the world and yet being able to join together all of those disparate individuals in support of a common cause or  mission.

The team is the engine of any business and like all great engines all of the parts must be able to work together, in unison to power the vehicle onward. And yet every team is made up of individuals, as different from each other as you and I are, and yet capable of creating great results together. To do this and still see and respect each of the individuals is a talent worth the effort to cultivate if you wish to create a winning team.
