Every engagement is bespoke and develops its own unique rhythm depending on your needs. As a guideline, 1-on-1 coaching works best when there is a weekly rhythm. Leadership Team Coaching generally includes day-long quarterly or bi-quarterly sessions combined with shorter weekly meetings.
