Killer Question

I love a good, well timed, well phrased question. A question that stops someone in their tracks. A question that calls on them to think, to think deeper, to reappraise or to consider something they hadn’t thought of in that way before. As a coach questions like these are our stock in trade. My job is to help people to think at a higher level than they would have done on their own.

I ask a load of questions on the diagnostic meeting which is part of onboarding every new client. One of them almost always stops the traffic. I will leave it with you. It goes like this. Do your team members have a clear understanding of your business goals?
